These terms apply to your use of blackburncarry.com and purchases from Blackburn Carry, operated by Ira Blackburn Consulting LLC. By placing an order you agree to these terms, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy.

Using the store

You must be at least 18, or the age of legal majority where you live, to make a purchase. Provide accurate contact and address information and protect your account credentials. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorized access.

Product details and pricing

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Any applicable taxes and shipping charges appear before order submission. We aim to present accurate descriptions, dimensions and images; colors can vary by screen, and measurements can have small manufacturing differences. Bag exterior dimensions do not establish the usable size of an interior laptop compartment.

If an error materially affects your order, we will contact you with the correction and available options. We will not increase an accepted order’s price without your agreement.

Orders and delivery

An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your request. We may cancel an order for an unavailable item, an address outside our delivery area, a material pricing error or suspected misuse, and refund any amount collected for the canceled items. Returns and rights

Our Returns & Refunds page describes eligibility, postage and inspection. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. We do not exclude liability where such an exclusion is prohibited.

Website content and external links

Our brand graphics and original store content may not be copied for commercial use without permission. External sites, if linked, have their own terms and privacy practices. The site may occasionally be affected by technical interruptions; contact us if an error affects an order.
