Shipping Policy

We deliver to addresses in the contiguous 48 United States. Our delivery area excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and military postal addresses. The business address in Alaska is our contact and return address; it does not change the delivery area.

Shipping charges

Orders totaling $59 or more qualify for free standard shipping. For merchandise totals below $59, standard shipping costs $6.99. The threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal before any applicable tax and after discounts.

From order to delivery

Processing takes 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, transit takes 3–7 days. Processing and transit are separate periods; weekends and holidays can affect dispatch. Tracking information is sent by email when available.

These are estimated delivery windows, not guaranteed arrival dates. Weather, carrier interruptions and address issues can cause delays. If a delay prevents us from meeting the promised dispatch window, we will contact you with a revised estimate and the option to cancel for a refund before shipment.

Address changes and delivery issues

Check your street address, apartment or suite, state and ZIP before placing an order. Contact us promptly to request a correction; changes may no longer be possible after dispatch. For a missing or damaged delivery, keep the packaging and contact customer care with your order number and any useful photographs.
